I think that when the kidnapped girl screamed as the amateur detectives walked in, it could have been Watson that triggered this. When she pointed her hand was shaky and she could have been pointed at John. This is because I don’t think Watson was in Moriarty’s plan enough. Tell me what you think and other possible theories.
